Huikang joined Imperial College in March 2020 as a research associate. Before that, he was a post-doctoral researcher at CUHK (Hong Kong). His research area is mainly in continuous optimization and its application to machine learning, statistics and signal processing. He is particularly interested in various analytic issues of optimization problems and algorithms arising from these applications. More information can be found in my homepage.
